Are your products authentic?
Yes all products are directly from authorized distributors. All our phones have the NTC sticker.
What type of products do you offer?
We offer cellphones, tablets, cellphone accessories, home applicances (TV, Router, CCTV, vacuum, and many more!)
Do you offer product warranties?
All are phones have a 1-year warranty.
What payment methods do you accept?
We accept Cash on Delivery (for Davao City orders only), Credit Card (major banks are accepted), GCash, and BillEase
Can I cancel or modify my order after placing it?
Yes! Just email us at receipts.tekpone@gmail.com regarding your order. Please don’t forget to input your order number.
What are your shipping options and fees?
We ship our products via LBC. Shipping fees are ₱350. Additional fees may apply if products are larger/heavier.
How long does delivery take?
Delivery takes about 1 week. Delays may happen depending on the courier.
How can I track my order?
We will be sending you the tracking number on your email once order is shipped.
